The SRO Unit is recognized as one of the first community-based initiatives undertaken by the Edmonton Police Service — it is community policing in its purist form.

Its aim is to connect and bring together the youngest and most talented people and ensure that their concerns, opinions and solutions are heard and taken into consideration by those in power, whether by governments, businesses or in any other sector.

Students in graduate studies at the master’s and doctoral levels can apply for a merit-based scholarship through the Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) Program. Awards are available to graduate students for all disciplines of academic study at participating schools in Ontario.

Session 4 of the Museum Finance Academy (MFA) at NYPL, a FREE four-session personal finance course for high school and college-age students with the goal of teaching teens to aspire to financial independence through developing an appreciation for savings, establishing financial goals, and learning to avoid scams. This course requires NO prior knowledge of finance, business, or economics.
